HERMES SoftLab became member of the ComTrade group. The newly merged
entity employs 1,600 people with a total revenue of 300 million euro
operating in 14 countries worldwide. Gregor Smrekar, previously member
of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as
the new Management Board Chairman and CEO on April 1 2008.
HERMES SoftLab fully acquired company Coding d.o.o. in Montenegro and
integrated it into HERMES SoftLab Group as HERMES SoftLab Montenegro, a
fully-owned subsidiary in Podgorica.

StorScape hold by the Irish company Eurologic Systems and fully
