HERMES SoftLab became member of the ComTrade group. The newly merged
entity employs 1,600 people with a total revenue of 300 million euro
operating in 14 countries worldwide. Gregor Smrekar, previously member
of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as
the new Management Board Chairman and CEO on April 1 2008.
HERMES SoftLab fully acquired company Coding d.o.o. in Montenegro and
integrated it into HERMES SoftLab Group as HERMES SoftLab Montenegro, a
fully-owned subsidiary in Podgorica.
HERMES SoftLab opened new Storage Competence
Center. HERMES SoftLab fully acquired a majority share of Virtual Team
Company from Serbia and became the only shareholder of the Serbian

Peter Testen was appointed new CEO of HERMES

HERMES SoftLab receives prestigious HP ISV Partner
Program award for leveraging added value of HP Open View products.
HERMES SoftLab becomes part of the HP OpenView SVI (Services Integrator)
Program – the highest collaboration between partners and HP to provide
software support services.
New subsidiary companies are opened in UK, France

Supervisory Board of HERMES SoftLab appoints Mr.
Olivier Carron de la Carriere as a new Chief Executive Officer and

HERMES SoftLab buy out a 49 percent share in
StorScape hold by the Irish company Eurologic Systems and fully
integrates the company Zaslon.
