HERMES SoftLab became member of the ComTrade group. The newly merged entity employs 1,600 people with a total revenue of 300 million euro operating in 14 countries worldwide. Gregor Smrekar, previously member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as the new Management Board Chairman and CEO on April 1 2008.

HERMES SoftLab fully acquired company Coding d.o.o. in Montenegro and integrated it into HERMES SoftLab Group as HERMES SoftLab Montenegro, a fully-owned subsidiary in Podgorica.

.2006

HERMES SoftLab opened new Storage Competence Center. HERMES SoftLab fully acquired a majority share of Virtual Team Company from Serbia and became the only shareholder of the Serbian company. The company Virtual Team was renamed to HERMES SoftLab Serbia.

Peter Testen was appointed new CEO of HERMES SoftLab and took up the CEO role on April 1, 2005. Opening of HERMES SoftLab Gmbh, Austria as an own subsidiary fully owned by HERMES SoftLab. Established Virtual Team d.o.o. associate in Kragujevac, Serbia as a software development campus. HERMES SoftLab became Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with expertise in integrated e-business solutions and ISV/software solution.

HERMES SoftLab receives prestigious HP ISV Partner Program award for leveraging added value of HP Open View products. HERMES SoftLab becomes part of the HP OpenView SVI (Services Integrator) Program – the highest collaboration between partners and HP to provide software support services.

New subsidiary companies are opened in UK, France and Ireland.

Supervisory Board of HERMES SoftLab appoints Mr. Olivier Carron de la Carriere as a new Chief Executive Officer and President.

HERMES SoftLab buy out a 49 percent share in StorScape hold by the Irish company Eurologic Systems and fully integrates the company Zaslon.

HERMES SoftLab and Irish company Eurologic Systems founds a joint venture, StorScape.

Completion of an equity private placement of € 10 million to a select number of high quality international and domestic institutional investors. (The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Hewlett-Packard, Charlemagne Capital, Nomura, and others).

HERMES SoftLab successfully acquires the company ZASLON, a leading pioneer in secure electronic banking and e-Commerce solutions.

HERMES SoftLab's Budapest office is established as part of HERMES SOFTLAB’S's expansion plans, joining the ranks of HERMES SOFTLAB’S's operational USA, Stuttgart and Sarajevo offices.

HERMES SoftLab USA, Inc. is established in Mountain View, CA for penetrating the USA market.

HERMES SoftLab becomes a Hewlett-Packard Authorized Solution Implementer Partner.

HERMES SoftLab is restructured from a limited liability company to a shareholding company.

HERMES SoftLab wins The European Marshal Award conferred for the first time by Citibank and Wall Street Journal.

HERMES SoftLab qualifies as Finalist for the European Quality Award as assessed by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

HERMES SoftLab is awarded the international medal Ordre de Saint Fortunat for its humanitarian activities and contributions to improving the quality of life in the region.

The Slovenian Government awards HERMES SoftLab the Slovenian Business Excellence Prize for its quality of service and business processes.

HERMES SoftLab receives the ISO 9001/TickIT Certification from British Standards Institute Quality Assurance.

World Economic forum honors HERMES SoftLab as a top performing Global Growth Company from Central Europe.

HERMES SoftLab becomes a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management.

HERMES SoftLab Sarajevo is established as the first subsidiary.
