.Events, Alerts, and Knowledge

  • Monitors the Siebel Enterprise Server, Gateway Server, Database Server availability, Siebel Web server Extension, and the Siebel File System.

  • Monitors the health of Siebel components that run on the Siebel Servers including monitoring the status and tasks of Siebel Object Managers, Synchronization Manager, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, and Replication Manager.
